The Membership costs $14.95 per month and requires a minimum initial commitment of twelve (12) months.
As a Comfort Club Member, you are guaranteed:
- Complimentary plumbing inspection with annual water heater flush (limitations may apply)
- Bi-Annual HVAC maintenances
- 10% discount on repairs of your plumbing or HVAC equipment (up to $50 per invoice)
- $100 discount on repairs over $1500
- Priority scheduling
- Reduced service fee. $50 savings
- $14.95 per month (PLUS $5.00 per additional HVAC system or water heater)

You are a preferred client. You can expect our highly trained and competent technicians to become completely familiar with you and your home’s plumbing/HVAC equipment. Your membership is transferable either to the buyer of your current home, or to your new home within our service area. Our repairs are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
This home service membership provides ongoing benefits, priority scheduling, and/or service discounts in exchange for a recurring monthly fee. Please read the following carefully, as this Membership includes a minimum term commitment and automatic monthly billing.
- The Membership costs $14.95 per month and requires a minimum initial commitment of twelve (12) months.
- Early cancellation before the 12-month term ends will result in a prorated fee totaling unpaid dues for the year term.
- Payments are automatically charged monthly to the payment method on file.
- Failure to make payment for three (3) consecutive months may result in suspension/termination of Membership benefits.
- A suspended or terminated Membership may only be reinstated after all past-due balances are paid in full.
- After the initial 12-month term, the Membership continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.
- The Member may cancel at any time using the same method used to enroll (phone, email, or written notice).
By enrolling, the Member acknowledges and agrees to these terms and authorizes recurring monthly charges unless the Membership is properly canceled.
