It isn’t available to everyone because we couldn’t possibly keep up with the workload.

Your membership is transferable either to the buyer of your current home or to your new home within our service area. Our repairs are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

No Contract. Monthly dues will continue until a written notice of termination is received to the corporate office. Allow up to 2 weeks for termination processing. An early termination fee of $49.50 applies if you cancel at any time during the first 5 months of your 6-month commitment. Thereafter, our standard cancellation policy applies.
